What is Freestyle?  It is many things.  It is the synergy and the magic.  It is the extraordinary bond between human and dog.  In frisbee dog freestyle a team performs a choreographed routine to music lasting between 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.  This routine includes trick throws and all sorts of trick dog moves such as vaulting off the person's body, spins, high leaps, and various moves between the legs of the person.
